Sourced from lots that feature the collaborative efforts of Agprocem’s 61 family farms, this coffee from the Tolima department of Colombia, is fully washed and sun dried before being sent for decaffeination. To ensure the highest quality water and ethyl acetate (derived from fermented sugar cane), decaffeinating the coffee takes place off site. The final product is an exceptional tasting decaf with the full body associated with Colombian coffees, hints of toffee and tart citrus.
